“Very impressed with customer service very friendly gentleman rang to say they no longer had dog food in stock in smaller bags but could provide a larger bag asked what type of dog it was seemed genuinely interested. Delivery made by next day with tracking”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable in store. Extremely efficient in setting up my first home delivery. This can promptly and on time. I will certainly use this again. It would be good if there was a delivery system for the frozen dog food. So this could be bought in bulk.”

“I had my delivery left at a neighbours address unbeknown to me for fourteen days. No delivery card left for me by Royal Mail tracking kept being told to try later.. Yes my neighbour should have informed me too”
