“Ordered these Dublin riding tights which came really quickly. Received an email welcoming me to the company which was really lovely. Tights are light and fleecy lined for cooler days and are comfortable.”

“Found petnpony to have an excellent range of products and great customer service. Had a problem with item not petnpony so had to return. Called to get advice on returning and ordering a replacement. The lady was so lovely and very helpful. Replacement has now been recieved and I'm very happy.”

“I had to return the gel seat protector because the filler was showing and so I was not happy with it. The lady I spoke to at pet and pony for advice on returning it was lovely though I have returned it but have not recieved the replacement yet.”

“I have used Pet n Pony twice. On both occasions communication has been swift and good. From the first order I needed to return an item which when through without any problems. It would have been good to get an email to confirm receipt of returned items rather than just one when the refund had been processed. On my second order the item has been delayed, and I was quickly notified, currently still waiting for it to arrive but still within the time estimated.”
