“Ordered online for pick up and it was ready the same day. Pet n pony called me to let me know my order was there. They were very friendly and professional! Always are in store also. -dragonville, durham”

“I was over charged on postage and the company have agreed to refund this in full. The cage was damaged in transit but I have decided to keep it due to the hassle of returning it.”

“I recently bought a large bag of our dogs’ dry food from PetnPony as I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find it due to circumstances, Having never bought from this supplier before I was uncertain as to speedy arrival and packaging. I should never have worried. My dogs favourite, Canagan, arrived well packaged and in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing pet supplies.”
