“Speedy delivery. The item was a 2.5litre liquid which for some reason did appear to have leaked slightly into the packaging. Perhaps it was mishandled by the deliverer.”

“Been having horse fly spray from petnpony this summer always prompt delivery and good service. Last order delivered was damaged postman returned it as damaged and I received a replacement within a couple of days. That's very good service. Thank you PetnPony 😊”

“Fast and free delivery and an excellent price for the Le Mieux hobby horse. Only slight niggle (hence 4 stars) would be the packaging as the branded box (designed to be used as a stable) had got damaged in transit. Maybe a better fitting box with fragile labelling would help? I appreciate it is not an easy item to pack though.”

“We bought a lovely coral dog bed from PetnPony. The delivery was quick and the quality excellent. My only slight negative is that the medium is smaller than expected or indicated on the website. But it is beautiful.”

“I have not received the rug you sent me as DHL was ment to deliver on 20th August and didn't. It is now 23rd with a bank Holiday. I have spoken now to two people at DHL concerning this. Extremely bed delivery company. However I ordered the same rug from you a few weeks ago great rug hence buying the second one but had I have known delivery was going to be that bad I wouldn't have. It has put me off however ordering anything again.”
