“quick delivery, correct item no problems at all”

“The product is good, the delivery by DPD was 2nd rate (not Pet n Pony's fault, it is in the nature of delivery services that pay too little and expect too much) with 2 failed "attempts" at delivery, and when I did collect the box from the post office, it had been dropped and 2 sachets had leaked all over the place. Given the nature of DPD and the like, can I ask for more damage resistant packaging next time?”

“These were a very pleasant company to deal with I only ordered a small item but still the communication was first class and informative I also heard about Luna their Labrador who helps with the packing and that it’s a family business really lovely! The item arrived promptly and well packed Lovely I wish them well in their enterprise”
