“Was a little apprehensive about ordering from a company I had never dealt with or heard of, but actually this was one of the best buying experiences I have had online, and Ive had alot!!!! From the point where I saw the item I wanted and considering the price - which was much cheaper than most other outlets - the process was seamless. Easy ordering, and then lots of information about my delivery which then arrived the very next day, which was unexpected. Again the courier was very informative and the item arrived exactly when it said it would. I also liked the personal touch of an email expressing the company's gratitude for buying off them, with a discount for recommending a friend. I will definitely use this company again as I am confident in their service and their intention to achieve customer satisfaction to a high level.”

“Having won a prize on social media & being unable to collect, I opted for P&P & had a mooch on the website too. I found a lovely collar similar to our other dogs, for our puppy. It's a nice colourway & perfect for her. Both the prize & the collar arrived promptly & I'm very happy with both. 😊”
