“The wasp removal treatment was done. But post that, we have been struggling with a foul smell emanating from the kitchen duct (where the treatment was done). When I tried to contact Cliff, he was not willing to remove the nest and also start ignoring my messages. It was very disappointing that he did not help me post the treatment and hence I will not recommend pest control to anyone.”

Thank you for your review. If it was simple to remove the nest, we would, but our technicians expertise doesn’t stretch to working on electric extractor fans, and taking them apart. Our treatment was carried out externally, where the wasps were entering your extractor unit. I am sorry to repeat our advice, but you need to speak to a kitchen specialist who deals with extractor fans and knows how to safely take them apart and put them back together. With the nest now dead, they can safely work on the extractor unit, which is something we don’t know how to do.

“We had a major issue with wasps that had nested in the cavity below our roof. The specialist pest control guy advised of the best treatment, and after one treatment the whole issue was eradicated. He offered to come back and do another treatment free of charge after 7 days if the problem hadn't completely gone, but it was all fine. Such a quick service, great value and the team were so friendly and efficient.”
