“We called in pest control because we noticed rats in the area where we feed the birds. Common sense told us to stop feeding the birds but we got pest control in anyway. Bloke pitched up where he explained it was because we were feeding the birds. Theres a theme here. We agreed to proceed and he baited a trap. Charged £180 and it was all over in 15 mins. Came back week later examined trap,no rats in trap but bait had nibbled. Concluded rat must be brown bread or have belly ache. Also by coincidence we stopped feeding birds. This took 8 and a half minutes. You only have to do this 5/6 times a day and you're a grand up,I'm £180 down and the birds are starving . Live and learn really.”

“The guy was great I've noticed reduce in dropping. However was happy as the first time I called the company he charged £80 and said he will coming in 2 weeks time to check. I did ask him will they be another charge. He said no it's part of the first payment. Anyway he came back in 2 weeks checked everything and charged me another £80. He did mention to him however he said no you need to pay. I couldn't be asked to argue with him. Never again will I call this company or recommend to anyone as cant stick to they word. Ripped off I've ordered the same pellets etc I'll just do it my self. Ide love to hear back from you however I know I wont. Good luck”

“Came out twice then took all traps and poison away despite still having mice. Just a money making scam would never use or recommend. Went with the council half the price much better service”

“I called pest control as I have a problem with mice. Received a visit the following day and traps were put down. I caught a couple in my own trap so called the pest control to come back. He wasn’t happy but came back the following day. He put some wire wool down and went. A week later I called again as I was still finding mice in my own trap. I was told there was nothing more he could do and if he came out again I would be charged. This contradicts what I was initially told when I was told it was a one off payment until the problem was solved. I have since caught another 5 mice in my own trap. I feel like I have wasted £90 and would never use this company again.”

“we were very pleased with Gareth who came and was very helpful. we had used another company who did not resolve our issue and just walked away leaving us with the problem. Gareth was very proffessional kept us updated with times he was visiting. we have already recommended him to a friend who is going to contact him.”

“David Lines came to see me about the Mice problem on 17th January . He was very through and checked over the house and left posion where he felt the Mice would feed on. Plus checked outside and covered airbricks again where he suggested they may try and get in. 3 weeks later I had noticed signs of Mice dropings in the draws and various other places. So very disappointed to see that his visit did not solve the problem. He is now coming back again on 21st February and Iguess I will have to pay more money to see what he may suggest. Anthony Skinner”

“Darren was friendly and explained everything well.. however as very elderly pensioner Iiving on my own I think you are expensive. My problem was urgent and yours was the only company of the three I rang who could come immediately. But some others, knowing you must have least two visits, give a much lesser price to cover the two visits, and then will charge extra for any further visit needed. I have have no more rat visitors!”
