“extremely fast response to the photographs i sent and also visit was arranged quickly and was told the problem . Kind and courteous and explained everything in detail and i would trust this company for honesty as i didnt need any treatment but just had to wash bedlinen at high temperatures. I would recommend Pestcontrol for their speedy efficient service”

“Paid £168 for pest control to investigate and solve problem with moles. One mole killed. I asked the technician at the time if it was one mole causing the problem (lots of hills in various locations) and he said it was. Mole and mole hills in another part of my garden the next day in an area where there was signs of previous activity. Very dissatisfied.”

“I was very pleased with PestControl overall; it got rid of our mice! On the first visit, the exterminator went round the house assessing the mouse population and putting poison in place. On the second visit, he sealed up mouseholes and checked the poison, which indicated that the mice were still a problem. He then suggested an optional third visit, to which I agreed. On this visit, he removed the poison trays and found the mice now seemed to have been exterminated. I was happy to pay £108.00, as agreed, for the first two visits, but rather taken aback when the third visit cost the same. I'd expected to pay a lot less for that, as it involved a lot less work, as far as I could see. So, though I was pleased with the outcome, I was disappointed with the overall cost.”
