“I called this company about 12pm on a bank holiday Monday, and within 2 hours they had been out and sorted our wasp nest problem, Very quick and provided a great service with the promise to return the next day for free if the wasps had not all gone. Would recommend!”

“Richard fitted us into his busy schedule within 2 days of calling. Arrived on time, friendly professional service with a comprehensive explanation of the problem and (importantly) the solution and a follow up visit booked before leaving. Now awaiting results of the treatment but Richard certainly inspires confidence in his knowledge and actions so we're reassured. Many thanks.”

“A really good service. David arrived on time after confirming appointment and set to work immediately. Friendly, efficient and highly effective.He removed a large hornets nest from our roof and a busy wasp nest from the other side. I would recommend his service. Thank-you.”

“The representative of the company was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained everything clearly to myself and my 88 year old mother. He treated the part of the eaves where the bee problem was and let us know what to expect afterwards and how long we needed to wait for ths treatment to work. Very helpful and polite all the time he was dealing with us. Would recommend him and the company yo others.”

“The first heat treatment carried out by yourself the man doing it was lovely and he did a great job but sadly you need to return to spray more as still activity! I had an app for 8am this wasn't met by yourselfs after endless phone calls and being promised a visit between 9-11am I am yet again on the phone and still waiting for the man to arrive very disappointed at the lack of communication and the bad service provided!”

“I called your company and the chap who answered was very friendly and said he could be at my house the same day. I was so pleased to hear that as I have four cats and and live in a rural area. Fleas .. Oh my god !!! ... An infestation. Well he was so polite and friendly. He instilled confidence immediately. The price was right and he turned up in his timescale. I felt confident enough to let him in my home without me being there. \n\nWe have had no more than 4 fleas in the house and it is now Saturday. So well done you. The cats would have bought them in.\nThe other great thing is I have had 7 days to pay for the treatment. \n\nThank you thank you thank you.\n\nMy only criticism would be I had to search very hard to find someone in my area that was affordable and quick. Raise your awareness through social media!! It really works!!! \n\nYour number is stored in my phone if this happens again!!”
