“Very pleased with the service provided I had a bees nest in the cavity of my house,I wouldn't normally do anything to harm bees but we have a grandchild who is only a few months old and we tend to sit out right below where the nest was . The young chap who dealt with the nest was very informative and pleasant to deal with ,overall a really good service .”

“Liam was friendly and efficient. He said the bees besting inside our chimney would more than likely be gone in a week, and they were. The offer of a free return visit if a problem remained was also great. All in all a great service and we would definitely use again.”

“Very satisfied with the efficient courteous and prompt service provided by Jamie Smith He arrived on time (8.30) at our home in West Yorkshire to deal with a bee problem He was with us for approximately 30 min in which time he explained in detail how he intended to go about remedying our problem and also the type of bee causing the problem Exactly as he suggested the problem around my soffit area had vastly improved within an hour and cleared completely within 48 hours The charge was exactly as quoted and reasonable. Card payment was accepted which made the transaction simple. Therefore I would not hesitate to recommend this company I was also emailed a invoice for the job the same day. First class all in all”

“I had to call Pest Control out as I had what I thought was a singular mouse in my house. I had tried for a few days to catch it with a trap but without success. Pest Control came out very quickly, laid bait and set traps which resulted in the capture of a mouse within 24 hours. They then returned 10 days later t check and some of the bait had been taken so it proved that although I thought there was only one mouse there must have been more. I cannot recommend this company enough for their speed and professionalism.”

“Darren was very thorough and helpful in sorting out my rat problems! The only issue I'd have is with price. There are other companies that offer a 2 or 3 call out fixed price. Having now experienced such an issue its obvious that multiple visits will always be required and therefore a discounted price would be more fair. £90 per visit is a lot, especially for the short amount of time the pest controller is actually here.”
