“The butterfly has a significance meaning to my family since my grandad passed. During his funeral service a massive butterfly entered the church, and flew around wildly. This was cemented by a surprise of a butterfly release my cousin and I did at the cemetery. Being able to find a butterfly which such a beautiful design and sentiment to celebrate my grandads memory for his 90th birthday is very special”

“Although the 2 photo albums we purchased were very good the fact that they were/are advertised as traditional silver albums & all that was silver was the trim around the personalisation is a little deceiving.”

“I ordered a personalised book as a 1st birthday present but when it arrived, one of the pages was missing the background illustrations. I contacted the After Sales Team and they sent out a replacement free of charge which was great. However, when this arrived, the illustrations on the front cover were pixelated and the inside cover and first page were missing the background illustrations. Since I didn't have time to contact them to get this replaced for a second time, I had to dismantle both books and put them back together again using the correct parts from each to make one good book. The quality of the book itself is fine - nothing amazing but suitable for the price. I appreciate the helpfulness of the team in getting the replacement sent out to me, but the replacement ended up being worse than the original overall. I'm quite disappointed and didn't like that I had to effectively construct my own version to get what I actually ordered. I'd give the customer service team a five star rating, but because my order was faulty twice in a row and its been such a hassle, I've had to bring the rating down to two stars.”
