“Disappointed by chocolate smash cake. Took much longer to deliver than expected so missed event, and when it did arrive nearly a month after order, was already broken open. Chocolate quality was good though.”

“I ordered a present for Christmas, in plenty of time. I didn’t find out until AFTER Christmas when I got a refund through PayPal that something must’ve been wrong. I didn’t receive any information from ‘Personalise’ so I emailed them myself, asking the reason for the refund. Apparently the item was out of stock, and they couldn’t fulfil my order. Had I known this BEFORE Christmas when I placed the order, there wouldn’t have been an issue! But the fact they wouldn’t have even contacted me is infuriating. Serious lack of customer service and communication!”
