“OK, delivery is fine. Box is just that. By the time you add the vat and the delivery charge, you have bought an expensive box. To make this item a proper gift it would need to be filled with bits and pieces for a child to look at, and or play with.”

“Absolutely disgraceful " customer service " the website does not work You are reminded time and again to confirm the requirements and if you don't watch out it removes it AFTER you place the order we were sent the bauble with no engraving.... it defies belief that NOBODY has the sense to call to check before sending it out at an exhorbitant cost ... we received no confirmation email either Kayla was not helpful at all when I complained”

“I ordered 3 personalised decorations. When they arrived unfortunately 1 was broken. They were not well packaged. 3 small china ornaments put loosely into a quite large jiffy bag with no other packaging around them. I have emailed the company and sent photos but not had a reply. I also contacted the 'parent '?company sixtystores through PayPal but the email address they gave us invalid. Not happy.”

“I’ve just had a newborn so I ordered the safari personalised photo album, it arrived within days and I absolutely love it! The quality is amazing, super easy so get the photos in the sleeves, the writing on the front and very very clear and easy to read. Couldn’t have asked for any better! I loved the product so much that I’ve actually ordered the personalised bunny album too which will hopefully be arriving any day now and I can’t wait to start filling it. These albums are perfect for anyone looking to get someone a baby shower gift or if you’re a new mum like me who needs somewhere to store the millions of photos we take on a daily basis! (There are marks on the photo of my photo album but they’re from me, the album didn’t arrive like it)”

“Ordered a unique gift of a mug with an ordinance survey map of any location you wish. A soppy gift for someone homesick far away. The process couldn’t have been easier. Simply the postcode. The hard work is done by clever people. Price was excellent. A clever idea. I will use Personalise again. I was surprised how easy they made it.”

“This item arrived really quickly and was just as expected. The personalisation is excellent. The only thing is I am unable to check whether it works as I dont want to remove the safety catch until the present is given.”
