“Ordered a Christmas baubble. It hadn't arrived so I emailed and received a reply within 48 hours confirming the order had been dispatched. I received the baubble within 24 hours and it was perfect. Will definitely use you again. It was securely packaged and the personalisation was spot on.”

“I received the engraved shot glass in the post today. The glass was broken. It hadn't been packed very well, the glass was placed on top of the bottle, then wrapped in bubblewrap but placed in a spacious box with a bit of padding but not enough. The glass would've been rolling about in the post. Anyway, no phone number to call & complain. No receipt in the box. Not had any 'thanks for your order' email for me to reply to, but I'll keep trying!”

“When my order arrived I could see immediately that it was broken so I followed the instructions on the website and took a couple of photographs of the damaged item to upload to the online form. The process was quite long winded and eventually after completing all the details on the form the photos would not upload so I sent a separate email with the information required. I did not receive a reply within the stated timescale so contacted Customer Services by telephone. The lady I spoke with was helpful and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement which did arrive 6 days later and the replacement was packaged more securely with bubble wrap.”
