“Had a good experience with this website. I am always buying gifts for my family from this app every year. they haven't failed me once, but I would like to know how to track my items so I know when they are arriving, especially when it's a surprise. Good prices too and they do not mess you about with spam emails.”

“Delivery was within 3 days .but quality of the product poor. Ordered personalised trinket box...which was plastic with silver coating and small piece of metal where the engraving was. Expensive for something that looks like you could get from the £1 shop....”

“Great website and products however I just received my personalised gift box and it is very pale/faded, not like the picture on the website. When I first pulled it out of the box I actually thought the balloons were missing, quite disappointed. The photo I included makes it look more vibrant than it is.”
