“No option to track delivery. Ordered on the 9th December and still no sign of delivery. Been given a review to write as of it's been delivered when in reality it could be anywhere”

“The service received by Personalise.co.uk was really excellent!! This was a very last minute Christmas gift, all done in a bit of a hurry to say the least . . . Their website and instructions were excellent, very user friendly and clear. Unlike other similar sites. The finished product was with me the next day. Just cannot rate Personalise.co.uk highly enough. Great site. Great quality. Great value.”

“The website was easy to navigate and there was plenty of amazing options to choose from. Actually this was probably the hardest thing...... Choosing from the unbelievable amount of items available. I contacted customer services as I was worried about how long my delivery might take considering the time of year. But rest assured customer services came back to me in literally seconds and put my mind at ease explaining how my delivery was on it's way and issuing dates of shipment TOP SERVICE. FANTASTIC WEBSITE.”

“I made a spelling error on a name and emailed them immediately with the correct spelling they said they would get back to me within 48hours and no one bothered. The items take long to come but well packaged the cups are small and not the average size mug. The customer service is poor and because if this I won’t be ordering from here again.”

“Ordered on the 6th December and still waiting for my Order to arrive. When I contacted you, I just got emailed to say it was dispatched on the 11th December. It’s now the 19th. I’m still waiting. I’ve received no tracking information. Not very reliable.”
