“Awful customer service, I have sent through a number of enquiries and never any response. I cancelled an order straight after ordering it and got an email confirming the cancellation yet they still took my money and processed the order. I have been waiting over a month for someone to get back to me! It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone. Would never use again.”

“I sent an email query on Sunday regarding my order (no confirmation e mail received). Received a response with a ticket number but still waiting for an answer to my query. (It is now late Tuesday afternoon). My account has been debited but not heard from anyone with order confirmation or delivery schedule. Would really appreciate a response.
