“Very unhappy as my order arrived just in time for putting on the Christmas tree but the order was completely wrong. I doubt if a replacement will be received in time for Christmas.”

“Well where do I start. I would not recommend this website to anyone. When purchasing my order I gave the correct details that needed to be personalised on the product. When I received my email confirmation the details where incorrect. I emailed the website explaining my issue and asked them to change the details. I was told by the very unhelpful Gemma at Customer Services that this was not possible. I explained and provided evidence of my issue. However the answer was still no it’s too late to change. I was struggling to understand how their mistake was my problem. My issue is still ongoing. I have received the product which I now have to rectify for myself. I will not be purchasing from this website again and suggest others avoid.”
