“Not very satisfied with the service. I paid for next day delivery and received item 3 days later. Received no email despatch confirmation, only when I emailed for an update was I given this information. Item ordered was satisfactory.”

“When I thought,(wrongly as it happens) that my order was late, your staff were prompt and efficient in the way they chased up the status of the order. No-one told me that I was mistaken - I was simply assured that the order would be delivered as originally promised. Tactful and polite- great customer service.”

“Sadly my item arrived damaged and not as described. I emailed to ask for a refund and was told to send it back, a postage label was emailed but without any facilities to print and with health issues affecting my ability to get to somewhere like a library, I asked if a paper copy could be posted (even offered to pay for the stamp and envelope). Was told they “weren’t able to do this” (I would say, weren’t willing) and then stopped answering any of my emails. I’ve got an item I don’t want and no chance of a refund now. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had to date and I’ve not come across a company less keen to help out customers when they send an item below par.”

“I was looking for a Wedding Cake knife - not too expensive - but one that could be personalised. After doing some research I found the Personalise site. Previous reviews looked good, the prices looked very reasonable, and the site looked professional so I decided to Order. The process was easy to follow (even for an "oldie" like me) and the finished knife arrived within a week. I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the knife is excellent as is the personalisation. I will certainly use the company again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a personalised gift.”
