“Hi I have already emailed a week ago and had no response. I have attached photos the writing on the baubles is unreadable on some of the words. Can you either replace ASAP or provide me a refund. Thanks”

“I think this is a beautiful Idea for a gift for my partner and the quality looks amazing, the only suggestion I would say is to offer a colour scheme where customers can select the colour of the text or images”

“I ordered a glass bauble with a personalised message on. Bauble is lovely and delivery was quick but the sketching is very faint and you can't see it which is a shame”

“I purchased 2 items, one I'm happy with and the other I'm disappointed with. I 've sent an enquiry to Personalise.co.uk with an image of the problem - no response. Left it a week, then emailed - no response. Not a very satisfactory service at all.”

“I ordered a couple of items as Christmas presents. There was a technical website hitch with one of the items and I emailed the customer service team about it. Gemma was quick to respond and she found out what the problem was and it got sorted. I was impressed with how swift she was responding to my emails, so thank you. I will be ordering again and definitely recommend the website to my friends. The order hasn't arrived yet as I only ordered it yesterday.”
