“Two things that are really annoying me. Everytime I put an order in I have to go searching around the Web site. I literally buy the same thing every time. Can you put a favourites list in so I can order quickly. Also everytime I order something I get a crappy email saying here's your invoice. So every time I need to email back and ask for the invoice in a pdf. What you should do is send an acknowledgement with a PDF invoice attached. That way I can ping it straight into my storage. I hope you don't think I am not picking. There just daft annoying things but get them ironed out you will be perfect. The service and prices are the best on the market.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We really appreciate hearing feedback and certainly don't think you are nit picking. We always look to enhance the customer experience wherever we can. The favourites list is something we will look into to see if it's possible under our current set up. The issue we have around a PDF attachment is that it will invariably be filtered as spam. “I decided to buy a bottle of Permagard wash at approx £6. after reading how good it was on your site. I was so disappointed to find that you were charging me £9 + VAT to deliver it. You finally charged me £18.90 when Posting it to me in a Jiffy envelope would have cost a lot less. I’m disappointed and I will not be purchasing from you again.”

“Only had them fitted 3 may 24. Hopefully they will cure the problem we have with damp on outside wall. Time will tell. Can not give a honest rating star at this time.”

“No complaints about Permagard only their delevery contractor DPD who gave a 1 hour timed delivery slot but then said they were running late and eventually offered to come at 8 o'clock at night--some 7 hours late--we had to reschedule for the next day.”

“I ordered it total more than 10 times. And every time quality is worse and worse. Liquid less and less. I'm very upset. There used to be a super quality product. Now I have to look for another manufacturer.”

“I do believe the white inner tube for the passive vent should be a at least 1m. At times I have had to by additional inner tubing as the one supplied was not long enough. Also I do think the delivery could be looked at.”

Hi Mittle, thank you for your feedback on our product. Our Perma-Vent Standard is sized at 350mm to deal with most properties, however, we are aware that this may not suit all situations. And so we’re now taking this onboard and are looking into supplying different sizes of the Perma-Vent. “Made order online for 2 perma wash to be delivered. Some how the delivery turned into a click and collect. Phoned company to arrange delivery as it should have been, they charge me £10 for delivery of 2 very small bottle.”

“Iwas quite disapointed with the tubes of permagard i bought to try before bying abigger amount for alarger job ,, i was expecting the contents to be a more like a paste not to be very watery on trying to fill the drill holes the contents was very runny and quite waste full sorry not to be very satisfide with the product”

“charging £9.80 postage for a small tube is a bit much. plus why out it in q large box when a jiffy bag would be suffice ?”

This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. Also, at the time of sending your order we were out of smaller boxes but wanted to get the product to you ASAP. “I have found that the permaguard anti condensation paint that i used from you is thinner than the previous ones that i have used from you.lt is packaged in a new style tub so you have made changes. As the thermal paint was thinner than before I found this disapointing and will look at other makes.”

“Everything was good except for being charged two delivery charges for 2x 5ltr of dry rot treatment. Ix 5ltr £11 for delivery, 2x 5ltr £22 ? Same destination same day. Ok otherwise. Thank you Terry”

As most of our products are classified as chemicals it means we have to use a courier that's a little more costly, therefore the charge for delivery to the Isle of Wight is £22.80 inc. tax. “The actual product itself is easy to apply. Coverage was an issue though. We calculated we needed 4x5L tubs for a 20m2 tile floor, based on your coverage rates. Two coats only required 1 tub! Suspect your rates are for concrete. Rates need more detail on floor types. Now got 3 surplus tubs!”
