“Correctly applied products, as advised by Permagard, prevented water ingress to my garage.It is essential to carefully follow the tanking procedure exactly to the instructions on product containers and Permagard website. Permagard helpline assists with enquiries preferably made before starting the various tanking applications. Due to the very fast setting times of the powder material in the various tubs,(one is only 3 seconds and begins to harden almost immediately)prepare small amounts at the point of application. An excellent product ,but not an average DIY task .So if in doubt recommend products to an approved company to do the work If you decide to do the work, you MUST follow the safety advice to the letter. Googles,gloves mask,(to prevent inhaling the powder) ,hat, coat and skin covering . These safety requirements will also apply to anyone assisting you Finally is it worth it? Definitely.As I no longer have water pouring out of my garage every time it rains!”

“Ordered the required bits on the Monday morning and they arrived the next day. Once opened some items had been damaged. I called and spoke to a fantastically helpful lady on the phone and after a quick email the items were replaced and my delivery charge refunded. Highly professional and friendly company. If I need any such products again I will be using Permagard.”

“The actual product itself is easy to apply. Coverage was an issue though. We calculated we needed 4x5L tubs for a 20m2 tile floor, based on your coverage rates. Two coats only required 1 tub! Suspect your rates are for concrete. Rates need more detail on floor types. Now got 3 surplus tubs!”

“I ordered some specialist paint online and phoned to check it was ready for collection. I told the trade counter I was travelling on my motorbike and they heard me arrive outside. By the time I'd taken my helmet off and gone to the counter the young lady was at the counter with my order all ready. Very friendly cheerful service as ever!”
