“charging £9.80 postage for a small tube is a bit much. plus why out it in q large box when a jiffy bag would be suffice ?”

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means that we are unable to send products in jiffy bags and have to use a courier that's a little more costly. This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. Also, at the time of sending your order we were out of smaller boxes but wanted to get the product to you ASAP. “What can I say, Ordered easily online, Was notified, it was ready for collection, Parked outside, was efficiently served by a courteous lady and away in 5 mins. Also the product was significantly cheaper than online competitors. I will use Permagard again.”

“Second tub bought as the first one was excellent but more importantly the telephone help I got was really good. Yes it's expensive but it does the job. Next day delivery without paying any extra.”
