“I called Permagard for some advice and the person I spoke to was helpful and knowlegeable about the producst and their differences. I apllied the product this weekend and it behaved as described, goes on fine and doesn't mark bricks in anyway.”

“Service topclass ordered weekend and arrived Tuesday midday, have not used as yet as the temperture has not been higher enough to apply product on east coast. will certainly use company again in future. Paul Wright.”

“Permagard service is outstanding along with the delivery service. My only gripe is being trade and using your product more I can’t put a mark up on the product as the customer can go Direct themselves. Really think that permagard should think about this as we ( the trade ) are the ones pushing there products.”

“Unfortunately, the goods arrived damaged (spoiled). However, my contact at Permagard got straight on to it and I received a replacement (happily, undamaged !) the following day. Excellent service.”

“Ordered and had the delivery for the helibar kit the next day. Helibar kit had all what was needed to perform the crack repair (other than a grinder for the mortar obviously). Kit and instructions were straight forward.”

“Goods delivered as expected well protected with recyclable packing. The reason for the 3 * is that the grout was meant to have a 12 month shelf life. However the batch delivered had only 1 month left to expiry date. I would have expected more.”

Hi David. Thanks for your message. Whilst PermaCEM Anchor Grout has a best before date of 6 months from the date of manufacture, as long as the product is stored as per the instructions on the bucket you can expect a useable lifespan of at least 12 months as stated on the product label.
