“Service is excellent, ordering is straightforward, I used the on line system. As promised it was dispatched same day and delivered next day, (I noted it is not promised next day) my order was less than 24hrs from order to delivery. The product is very good quality and straightforward to fit. The membrane is more ridged than I expected so easy to hold against the wall. The fixings are very good. I would use again and happy to recommend. Here is my gripe! I missed an item (the small adapter from the drain to pipe) from my order. I placed a second order for this small lightweight item and the delivery cost was the same sum I paid for the original order - basically doubled the price of the item. No option available to have a later delivery at a lower cost. My mistake and I paid for it!!”

Hi Derek. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As most of our products are classified as chemicals it means we have to use a courier that's a little more costly, but we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce the costs. Unfortunately in this case, as your original order had already been dispatched we weren't able to merge the two. However if this happens again in future then please give us a call and we'll try our best to combine. The Permagard team

“very very quick delivery. Sleeve was a little short as the wall was exceptionally thick, but was able to easily extend the sleeve with extractor fan ducting and a joining piece. looks very neat, will wait for client feedback re efficacy.”

“Iwas quite disapointed with the tubes of permagard i bought to try before bying abigger amount for alarger job ,, i was expecting the contents to be a more like a paste not to be very watery on trying to fill the drill holes the contents was very runny and quite waste full sorry not to be very satisfide with the product”
