We always strive to provide the best possible service and in this case your original order had already left us on a next day delivery when you were looking to order more products. At this point we would always require the additional carriage fee as this is now a separate order. “I ordered a kit and some waterproofing cream from Perahard and had to delay delivery because it was scheduled to arrive the very next day. Brilliant! Been drilling holes in my wall today, and will be using the rest of the kit tomorrow. As it takes several weeks to become effective and then the wall has to dry out, I can’t yet comment on effectiveness.”
