“Ordered the product on Friday for Click and Collect on Monday. Very easy to order on line and product was waiting for me when I arrived to collect. All very seamless. Excellent service”

“I live in London and I placed an order on 20th October and 8 days later and I’m still waiting for delivery. They have sent an email about the order which is very confusing. It’s state my order is ready for collection but yet he has a shipping address. Which is it. Ready for collection or is it being delivered?”

Hi Imran Thanks for your feedback. For your recent order, in-store collection was selected as the delivery option - this is for customers wanting to collect from our Avonmouth depot. We understand that you do not want to collect from our Avonmouth/Bristol depot and that you want your item delivered to you. “Being a doubting Thomas, I thought Permagard's boast about the coverage was a little optimistic, but I used the very last dregs in the very bottom corner of my property after just 2 days 'painting' a 3 bed house by hand. The cream went on very smoothly and was easy to work into all the little crevices. It dried remarkably quickly and I was eager to see how effective it was. The next rainstorm we had, I watched the raindrops streaming down the walls and was very pleased with the result. I won't know how effective the 'insulative' properties are as keeping tabs on energy use is now impossible, but it seems logical that a dry house will need less heating than a cold wet one.”

“I've used the product before & had alot of success with it.Great customer service,had a crack in the container on arrival & lost a small amount of the product.The company contacted me & are sending a new one out,fantastic response & couldn't ask for more.will definitely use again.”

“We were having awful problems with damp to the point of wet in how bedroom. Living in a 400 year old stone cottage it’s hard to no what’s be done to the floor under the concrete laid by previous owners. So after some research found this and it worked so happy with the results.”

“Although some items were missing in my order, I understand this was out of the control of Permagusrd as the item was shipped from the supplier. I am still awaiting these items. To Permagiards credit they got onto the supplier as soon as they received my email, then rang me to inform me they had contacted the supplier and the items would be sent directly. So, in conclusion Permaguard are not at fault for this misshap.”

“Goods arrived nextday which for me was perfect as there was a 2 day weather window the next day, product went on as described, after 36 hrs it rained and rainwater beaded off house bricks as stated, so far well impressed”
