“The delivery experience was good and swift. I would have liked more information on using the product (epoxy). I was only able to find a single YouTube video on how to apply the product. More after sales care would be useful.”

“Ordering delivery of product etc spot on had a lot of difficulty using mortar gun wall repairs were level & most @ top of wall wasted large amounts of anchor mortar trying to fill gaps excess amount came back past plunger spilling out large amount left in funnel was waste have only managed to fix 3 anchors from 5kg bag will have to purchase more mortar to make use of 10 fixing rods”

Hi David. Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the applicator gun. It sounds like the plunger wasn't fully tightened before use. More information on set up and how to maintain the plunger seal over time can be found in the included instructions. By following these your mortar gun will not leak and grout wastage will be minimal.
