“Everything was good except for being charged two delivery charges for 2x 5ltr of dry rot treatment. Ix 5ltr £11 for delivery, 2x 5ltr £22 ? Same destination same day. Ok otherwise. Thank you Terry”

Hi Terry. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As most of our products are classified as chemicals it means we have to use a courier that's a little more costly, therefore the charge for delivery to the Isle of Wight is £22.80 inc. tax. This is something we’re currently working to try and reduce. The Permagard team

“So effective! I used it on fences, shed and even indoors and love how the odour is not overpowering and most importantly, kills the rot! Was very well absorbed even on a stained fence but results were visible in minutes. Excellent product. Very pleased.”

“The product comes in powder form, easy to mix and in use was straight forward, time will tell if the waterproofing works as it has only just been applied to the substrate. No negatives with the exception og Fedex delivery who tried to deliver and drove off without calling the contact number given..I was in the garden!! Do they expect us to wait at the window for them to deliver?!”

“Dissapointed with lack of information on the 5L plastic Jerry can. ie. How long woodworm killer lasts. Is reteatmentj needed and when. Max/min. temperature when applying treatment. How many coats of treatment is needed. Etc. Not many people will look up your excellent Internet sight when preparing to spray their woodworm problem!!”
