“Excellent service right from ordering to delivery. We live in Aberdeenshire and many companies class us as being in the Highlands which we are not, so delivery can be a problem but not with Permagard. Would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs their services.”

“Excellent product used before seals stone extremely well against water penetration and also kills the green moss which gives the stone a green colour especially in West Yorkshire, more expensive than some but worth paying the extra!”

“Unfortunately I was in hospital when the unit arrived and did not come out until Christmas Eve and therefore the unit was not able to be fitted until yesterday. But I fear it is faulty and not working so I have to return it to Permagard. This is unfortunate because I have purchased several items from Permagard and they have all been totally satisfactory except for this item.”

“Two things that are really annoying me. Everytime I put an order in I have to go searching around the Web site. I literally buy the same thing every time. Can you put a favourites list in so I can order quickly. Also everytime I order something I get a crappy email saying here's your invoice. So every time I need to email back and ask for the invoice in a pdf. What you should do is send an acknowledgement with a PDF invoice attached. That way I can ping it straight into my storage. I hope you don't think I am not picking. There just daft annoying things but get them ironed out you will be perfect. The service and prices are the best on the market.”

The favourites list is something we will look into to see if it's possible under our current set up. The issue we have around a PDF attachment is that it will invariably be filtered as spam. “Installation on the face of it is straightforward. Drill hole for fixings and tap in wall plugs and rubber washer to create a moisture proof fixing. In practice I encountered a few problems due to inconsistencies in the drilled surface in this case a brick wall. If the drilled hole hit mortar then the plug would not grip sufficiently so a different fixing he was needed nearby but no advice how to deal the hole made in the membrane. I would suggest that the kit should include a small roll of waterproof sealing tape to mend such holes.”
