“ I received the incorrect order. Emailed and was sent a prepaid returns label. After I returned the item I then enquired last week as to whether I was getting the correct order posted to me and have not received a reply as yet nor have I received a refund. Won't order from here again. Total lack of communication and I have no idea what is happening. Will escalate with PayPal tomorrow. ”
