“Rob and Jack have been working on my pension with Royal London for tax free lump sum and annuity to Legal & General. The service has been exemplary as I received the tax free amount within a couple of weeks and the annuity is progressing fast with Legal & General. The whole process has been smooth and painless especially compared to my other pension with another provider which has taken over 6 months and still no sign of payments. Thanks to the professionalism of Rob and Jack in dealing with this so promptly.”

“After more than 5 years my pension investments achieved a less than modest return and much less than estimates. It has of course been a difficult time (Pandemic, Russia, etc) but the impact on my tax-free withdrawal is a loss of £20k from the target. However, the withdrawal process was handled very well by Pensionlite. The volatility in pension values required swift action and Pensionlite performed. Difficult to give 5 stars given my overall experience. I am hoping for more positive returns going forward.”
