Dear Mr Chang, We are sorry to read your comment about our packaging. Every effort is made by our despatch department to prevent damage in transit, your parcel will have been enclosed in corrugated card, then kraft wrapped and finally wrapped again in film. Sadly we have no control of how the parcel is handled en route. We do hope it was only the packaging that suffered and not your shoes. With apologies and kind regards Brian Pediwear

“Sales department handled my order courteously and efficiently. I had a problem with delivery (my fault for not being at the delivery address when it arrived), requiring the product to be returned to Pediwear, for re-delivery to a different address. The discussions and emails around this problem were very well handled and although the problem is still "in progress" I have very confidence that all will be resolved in the next week or so. No hesitation in dealing with Pediwear again!”

“Thank you, I received an excellent level of service, I'm very happy with Pediwear and can't recommend them enough. I ordered the shoes over a weekend, the order was processed on the Monday and by Wednesday I was wearing them. I also received a discount voucher for my next order, show horn, complementary tin of polish and some free shoe trees. Unfortunately the shoes trees are both for the left shoe, but as they were free, its not really a big deal. My next pair of shoes will definitely be purchased through Pediwear!”
