“Placed an order for two pairs of Chelsea boots. One for me and the other for my wife. They were delighted delivered more or less the day after. The pair for my wife was a tad large, so we placed an order for half a size smaller. That pair fitted perfect. We returned the first pair and was credited the same day as they arrived at Pediwear. The customer care is excellent. I love the handwritten messages that can be found in each delivery. Like a fortune cookie, except that I believe in what Pediwear writes.”

“Great store!! I am so happy with the pair of boots. I will definitely shop at "Prdiwear" next time. Besides, the hand writing message from "Steph" in the box was also very nice. The most concern when you buy a pair of shoes without fitting is ''SIZE". I was worried about the size in the beginning, but fortunately, tha pair was perfect size for me!! I would be happier if I could get a right advice for sizing from professionals at your store in advance. Anyways, I am so satisfied with this time purchase. Thank you so much!@”

“The CS team are friendly but it kinda stops there. i have mixed feelings. As it was Christmas I was considerate with response and ship times. Once they got the stock the order was quick. Unfortunately I then ordered the wrong size ( although did consult the website size guide) after having to send back my shoes for a high amount ( not so much your fault) it all kinda went down hill”

This is particularly disappointing after having read your correspondence with us - where you sound as though you were very happy with the service. We are grateful for your patience with the delays around Christmas, this was a very busy time for us. I am not sure if I understand what part of our service 'went down hill'. I understand the shoes did not fit and you have to send them back - but since this has been arranged and they have yet to arrive back - and I cannot see evidence of any other complaint I am concerned that we might be missing something.
