“Ordered my shoes to the Lebanon. Although they weren't present in stock at first, Pediwear made sure to follow up with the manufacturer promptly and to subsequently ship them whilst detailing the steps. Brilliant customer service to say the least!”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and your kind comments regarding the service. We are sorry to hear that the box was slightly damaged upon arrival. The vast majority of parcels arrive in good condition with little or no damage to the box - so I am very sorry to hear this happened to your box. All parcels sent to China are wrapped with additional protection to prevent this sort of problem - but very rarely this sort of damage does occur.
