“I would give them five stars because they are very helpful with sizing etc. The only reason I'd give them four is because they stuffed around with the order and took ten days to notify me a pair of socks was not available in a particular colour. They did something similar on a previous pair of shoes. Having said this, I would order from them again as their shoes are excellent quality and at an unbeatable price. They just need to lift their game somewhat in communicating when things don't go as planned. I recommend them but be prepared to wait a little longer than expected.”

Dear Mr Tiplady Thank you for taking the time to review our services, and thank you for giving us four stars despite the problems you encountered. Clearly we should have advised you sooner regarding the availability of the sock in your most recent order. I am looking in to why this should have happened. As you will see from our many other excellent reviews this is not the norm and falls short of the standards we aspire to. Please accept our apologies. I had a look at your previous order and I see that it was placed on the 23rd March - and we advised you the same day that we expected delivery within 12-14 working days. Having seen the despatch date I would be very surprised to hear that the delivery took longer than this - even taking into account the slight delay caused by the failure of the first payment method. If I have misunderstood or your recollection of events was different please do let me know - we are always ready to see how we can improve our processes. “I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Pediwear for my impending doom (wedding), however that particular shoe (Barker Drake) had been discontinued at the manufacturer. Pediwear swiftly checked their stock and the manufacturer stock, but came up empty. The time in which I was notified was swift, my only criticism in this case was that when I shop online - I hope that when an item is shown as in stock, that it is available for immediate shipping. Having found out that my shoe of choice was not available, I started looking around again for a shoe suitable enough to wear with my newly acquired Ball and Chain. I came across the Barker Perth at another supplier, but found them available at Pediwear at a better price with free shipping. I placed my order with a note indicating that my wedding was the following week, so would need to know asap if the shoe wasn't available. Within a day, I got a confirmation email and shipping notice. Additionally, not only did I receive my beautiful shoes within 48 hours, I also received a Barker shoe horn, shoe trees, polish and a polishing cloth as a free gift. Amazing service from Pediwear, thank you! I will return again in future for all my shoe needs.”

Barker Arnold MTO,Sanders 9802B,Barker Jefferson ,Barker Laurence,Timberland 25077), which are of premium quality.besides,I not only wear them every day,but also collect them in case the classic oxford toe cap models vanish someday, so I always request that the totally new shoes be provided.they really understand and always satisfy my picky needs.so after several purchase,I have become Pediwear's loyal client.I can tell thet they are really frank to their customers,even if I do not order large bulk of shoes. I hope you will always be the best,not only have more British customers ,but also attract more European and Asian customers.and I sincerely wish that your business will be a conspicuous success.we always support Pediwear!
