“Excellent customer service. I ordered a Tilley hat online and soon after realised I'd made a mistake with my head size. An email to Pediwear was quickly acknowledged and the size was changed. The hat arrived quickly, very well packaged.”

“I have used Pediwear for some years now and have had excellent service from the company.Goods arrive well packaged and presented. (I like the personal 'thank-you' notes inside of the parcel from the staff !) Will continue to use the company.”

“I have used Pediwear for the past 13+ Years and never faced any issues. The prices are excellent and orders always arrive promptly. The customer service (rarely required) is also excellent. + As an expat, the automated VAT deduction at check-out is a huge plus.”

“The shopping experience was excellent. My only issue was with the sizing of Tilley hats - I am 57cm which equates to 7 1/8, so following advice I went a size up to 7 1/4. This was still too small, so I had to order a 7 3/8 subsequently, which fit fine, although 59cm. I've never had a sizing issue so greatly far from the mark, but this Canadian company do make superb hats”

“Perfect. The hat made it from UK to USA to Cambodia in good time. It was a little large but one machine wash without dryer was enough to bring it down to size. Thanks again.”
