“I try to buy all my shoes from Pediwear. Emails are answered promptly and I am always well informed as to the progress of my order. You place an order with Pediwear and you know that you will not be charged until the order is complete and ready to go . The attention to customer service is exemplary , I love buying my shoes from Pediwear.”

“To say I am happy with my order and the service I received is an understatement. I ordered the shoes but got an email saying they are out of order and could be upto six weeks before I get them. After a day I got another email saying they have a pair and are sending them out straight away with complementary shoe polish and a shoe horn. The shoes themselves are fantastic pediwear is my new favourite shop.”

“I was delighted with every aspect of service I received, from my phone call enquiry to ordering my wanted product, to receiving my order everything went as promised and the goods are first class. I'm very happy and I got free polish and a quality shoe horn thrown in....”

“Great customer service, responded to my questions efficiently. Shoes great quality, it is great to own some real shoes made in Northampton for less than £100. They are really comfortable and lovely build. Just note the soles are very heavy but they feel like they will last for years.”

“I have previously ordered from Pediwear -many years back and have gone back to their site from time to time to browse for shoes. Their selection is very good. Recently I purchased a pair of Grenson Brogues on sale and the service was everything I could ask for. The delivery was speedy and I was updated on the delivery status though mails and tracking number (I live in Copenhagen) . Upon receiving the shoes I was very pleased with the quality of the shoes -and there was even a little hand-written note in the shoebox. I found that to be a very nice little detail. I will definitely be back for more shoes!”

“An expertly and professionally handled transaction, even with complications not the fault of Pediwear (shoes were out of stock with the manufacturer, delayed due to the Christmas holidays).
