“Recently bought a pair of Sanders Holborn Chukka boots. I was unsure about the sizing as Sanders UK to US sizing seemed to differ from other sites. I reached out to your customer service via email. David was very helpful in explaining Sanders sizing conversion versus other sources. Because Sanders does not make this in a UK 11.5 I went with the UK 12 knowing from David that they could run a little big, but that the UK 11 might be small. His advice was very helpful. The boots are a little big. But, I think that is mostly because they are only made in a wide width (fitting). I added some leather insoles and wear thicker socks and they work great. I think the UK 11 would have been a little short. David was really helpful.”

“Great service, personal contact if there's a problem with an order (my boots were out of stock and I was given the option of wait or cancel, I chose wait). As my order took a few weeks to complete Pediwear put a complementary pair of socks in the box, which was nice. And it's always nice to get a personal message on the compliment slip inside the box. So 5 stars from me!”
