“The service at Pediwear is exceptional and very personal. If you ask a question, you will get a thoughtful response back very quickly. Their prices are top notch, and shipping is incredibly quick and efficient. I went to place an order, but wasn't sure of the correct size that I needed. Mark was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It's for these reasons that I will continue to use Pediwear for all my high quality footwear needs. Cheers!”

“The service I received from Pediwear was one of the best I have ever experienced online. My email queries where answered extremely quickly and efficiently by Stephen and delivery was very quick and well packaged. The tree shoes and shoe polish were a nice additional touch. I will definitely use Pediwear again, a very professional business”

“The shoes were beautiful and delivered in great condition. Where Pediwear made me happy, was in clear communication and providing options when the shipment was turned around by the postal authorities in the destination. Pediwear offered to send another pair, then reimburse the cost of the first pair when this was received back at their premises. This meant I received the shoes I wanted to wear in time for my wedding. Brian was always polite, helpful and accommodating. Thank you.”

“The ordering process was easy. There was immediate feedback as to when the order would be available for dispatch.The shoes were sent within the predicted time. The quality and fit was excellent. “Telephoned on three occasions before ordering because my usual purchase line had been discontinued. The telephone comments were most helpful. Then, when I ordered on-line, I was delighted that the expected purchase price had been unexpectedly reduced by £25!”

“Wrong size item shipped. Company unable to generate return label. Have to arrange return myself overseas. I was told I would be reimbursed for shipping but as the customer receiving wrong item I should not have to figure out how to get item returned through international shippping.”

Dear Customer We are of course extremely sorry that we have shipped the wrong size. I am quite puzzled as to how this could have happened given that we check the label on our own barcode and that of the company at the time of shipping. We have reviewed this procedure with our despatch department to ensure they remain vigilant when checking belt sizes. With regard to the returns procedure - this all clearly described on our website in the returns section. Unfortunately as a small family run business operating from the UK, we do not have access to the sort of world wide return facilities you have referred to. We are sorry however that we have not been able to meet your expectations and for the inconvenience which arose from our error with the sizing. Kind Regards Mike Small Pediwear

“I was dubious when considering buying my first pair of handmade English shoes because of the cost but I couldn't have been more wrong. Pediwears service is great and the shoes are spectacular and worth every penny. So much so I already have another pair ordered. Buying English is very important to me and pediwear have accommodated me greatly.”

“Great customer service, I was worried a certain style of shoe was not available as it was not available anywhere else. I received an email confirmation from a team member personally within the hour who confirmed with the manufacturer that it was indeed available. Also very fast postage to Australia!”
