I purchased a pair of shoes, eventually it turned out I didn't care much for the design( once it arrived) and Brian kindly instructed me in their fair return procedure.

The order was filled promptly but but I found amazing was the packaging. The shipment of a pair of shoes was wrapped more securely than an Apple computer sent to my house! Amazing.

I ordered a pair of Oxford and a piece of polishing cloth. Instead, a pair of shoe trees and shoes were sent to me without the polishing cloth. The situation was referred to Sales for following up. Soon the cloth was sent to me and I could keep the shoe trees as well. Thank you, Pediwear.

My shoes were not ready in stock so I had to wait, but then I had the wrong size, and they were very helpful in changing shoe size, fast shipping. I'm happy

Finally received my Loake Chesters in Tan and Brown, well and in order. I made a mistake with my sizings though, and it was professionally and efficiently sorted out. Plus, it is quite refreshing to hear a HUMAN BEING answer the phone after a couple of rings. The Christmas sale backlog delay was annoying but expected. Definitely worth the wait!!

Well, let me say the shoes are fantastic, soft from the first use. Price was also ok. Now, delivery time was very long because they were backlogged, probably s own success and some staffing problem. Time to expand the team. Many thanks

We are sorry about the delay, which, as we advised was due to it being a busy time of year and staff shortage due to illness. We advised you 10-12 working days delivery time (to the US) and I see from the tracking data that the parcel was delivered in 14 working days. The dedicated hard work of our loyal team we have kept the delays to a minimum despite the issues we faced. We hope you will give us the opportunity of proving how well our services works in future. Very good quality shoes for a very good price. However, Pediwear told me the shoes would be delayed and delievered to me in 6-8 weeks. It took them 9 weeks. And when I asked them after 8 weeks how my order is coming along, they didn't bother in replying.

Dear Ms Andersson Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with the shoes. However, I am concerned to note the issues with the delays and emails, we do not want any of our customers to have reason to be unhappy with any aspect of their buying experience. We are sorry for the delay - you ordered at a particularly busy time, and, as we advised you very shortly after you ordered, the products were out of stock and we had to wait for the manufacturer. As I am sure you will be aware, in this situation we are dependant on the manufacturer's estimated delivery time. In fact a 9 week delivery from an original estimated 6-8 weeks would be considered quite accurate. Handcrafted shoes take time to make and many factors affect the process - we often see much longer delays on such estimates - and some a little shorter. We are hopeful that you might appreciate that these issues were outside of our control, and that, on hindsight - a delivery time of 6-8 weeks for handmade shoes was actually quite close to the eventual 9 weeks? With regard to your emails, we have a professional email archiving system as we are required to have by law. This records all incoming and outgoing email. I can find no evidence of the email you mention. Further to this, I have found two emails from DHL's system saying that their emails to your address had been rejected as 'unknown sender'. We answer all of our customer emails within one working day - and we certainly do not leave emails unanswered. Hopefully our very many excellent reviews mentioning our excellent communications will help to reassure you in this respect. Given the absence of emails in our system and the emails from DHL it seems probable that there was an issue with your email server. I hope our explanations offer some answers and we do hope that this experience will not stop you from ordering from us again.
