“A very pleasant company with an individual approach. Notify about all stages of order fulfillment from placing an order, then picking and up to dispatch. It's nice that they check the purchased pair of shoes for manufacturing defects before shipment - visual inspection. It is important to check, rather than just trust the manufacturer's control when selling goods abroad.”

“The service was excellent. Ordered a Tilly Hat after measuring my head several times - only to find it was too tight!. Called Pediwear and they were very helpful. No problem returning the hat for a size up. Then realised I was going on holiday before the hat could be delivered - so asked them to delay sending it out. Not a problem. Return of the hat and replacement did not cost me anything extra (return slip included in the original shipment). The hat was good value for money, The packaging was really good to protect the hat.”

“Ettingerのベルトを購入しました。Pediwearに関しては、商品到着まで約20日かかりました。発送は迅速でしたが、Royal postがとても遅く、イギリスで約2週間止まっていました。Pediwearの梱包は、完璧でした。商品がしっかりとした箱に入れられ、ベルトも傷が付かないように完璧に梱包されていました。”

“I cannot fault the retailer in anyway from purchase to recieving my shoes the process was very 1st class. I was advised of when the shoes where being sent and advised by the courier within an hour of delivery to my home. The shoes themselves need no explanation, they are sublime (IMO) I have been after a pair of Grenson's for a long time, so at the price being offered I had to buy. A nice touch form the vendor was a had written note accompanying the shoes. Thank you. I would certainly recommend purchasing from Pediwear and would do so again should I require something a little different. M”

“As usual, Pediwear again unbeatable on price and customer service. The shoes were cheaper than I could find locally, even after duties for international delivery. Also the Pediwear staff allowed and helped me modify the order before despatch quickly and very helpfully. I will definitely continue ordering from Pediwear.”

“The customer service for Pediwear is extremely good, they're pricing model is great, and they did swift delivery alongside with free gifts and a good returns policy. I had to return a pair of shoes due to reason but when I returned the shoes I received a very polite email from one of the staff members. They will go the extra mile and do their best. Premium customer service. They were extremely prompt to send me an email once I returned the shoes.”

“Wow! In my experience with Pediwear can't rate them highly enough. Ordering was easy, price of shoes that I purchased was well below anywhere online(yes I did check). Communication through to getting my order 1st class along with a complementary note from them too. I thought a nice touch. I would happily recommend Pediwear and if looking for something will return to buy. Many thanks, Michael”

“Confused by so much choice I called to speak to someone. They were very well informed on each boot I was interested in and gave me great advice, glad to not be pushed to the more expensive option. Quick delivery and very high quality boots. Would strongly recommend this company.”

“I've been doing business with Periwear for a long time. Always had great service. Replies to questions are always quick and easy. Very professional For my last purchase; -I inquired on a tuesday -received a reply on wednesday and received the goods on the Monday (in Canada). Great job and great products.”
