“I was initially apprehensive about purchasing shoes online......and from UK for that matter, as I am a resident in a Far East country of Malaysia. But Pediwear allayed any fears I had with its excellent service (e.g. website, communication, delivery etc). Although it took almost 3 weeks for the shoes to reach me due to stock issue, the shoes arrived in excellent condition when it did (with free gifts too!). Thank you Pediwear....”

“Extensive selection of shoes, very good website and excellent after sales service. The fulfilment could be improved: 4-5 days for a pair of shoes (should be next day really for the price of the shoes on offer). Packaging should be re-usable for Returns purposes; the brown paper packaging and sellotape felt a bit 1980's”

Dear Mr Howkins Thank you for your review and kind comments regarding our service - it is very pleasing to hear how well our after sales service was appreciated. I checked your order regarding the despatch time - your order was placed at after 9 o' clock on a Friday morning. It was despatched on the following Monday which is within one working day - as we advised on the email we sent to you. Unfortunately, none of the couriers we operate with provide collections over the weekend, so Monday was the earliest possible despatch date. The wrapping issue is a difficult one. Our current packaging procedures have been arrived at after nearly ten years of experience of shipping shoes worldwide - not quite 1980s, 1999 to be precise! There are a great many factors being considered, from customer satisfaction to cost (which ultimately impacts the customer) and environmental considerations. Fortunately, the vast majority of comments we receive regarding the packaging are very positive - but we are always listening to suggestions and are grateful for your suggestions. Once again we are grateful for your review and suggestions - and the fact that you gave us 4 stars despite your concerns regarding the despatch time and packaging. “Recently purchased a beautiful pair of Trickers Stow in Kudu leather. Shoes have exceeded all my expectations and arrived very fast to the USA. I believe Pediwear provides very good value with quality products and great service. Communication is always very good and all questions are typically answered very quickly! Over all, extremely satisfied!”

“Pediwear did an excellent job of delivering my Mephsito. I ordered the shoe from Toronto, Canada and I was a bit concerned about delivery and additional costs. But Pediwear exceeded my expectations: the shoes were delivered on time, in perfect condition, and I did not have to pay anything extra over the standard international shipping cost. I can say for sure that I could not have possibly bought the same shoe at a better or even the same price in Toronto. As the weather in Toronto has been quite cold, I have not been able to test the shoes on road, but so far everything looks great and I am looking forward to better weather to take these shoes out for a walk. Great job Pediwear! I highly recommend this store to everyone.”

“I forgot to order my 87 year old father a Tilley hat for his birthday - i left it quite late and placed the order only a few days before his birthday on 18th February so i emailed the team to see if they could help. They expressed the order and it arrived two days before his birthday - attention to detail very appreciated. My father loves his hat and plus it was £10 cheaper than the one i bought for my husband for Christmas in a shop!”

“The best customer service I've experienced in YEARS, both pre and post-purchase. Mark was kind enough to help me with a price match (and beat the best online price I could find by 5%), then Nathan helped me pick out polish colours to ensure a good match for my new shoes, even seeking a second opinion from a colleague when I doubted him (which I shouldn't have done, he was spot on!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pediwear to friends, and will DEFINITELY be using them again.”
