We have been using this company for many years and we very seldom encounter any difficulties. Unfortunately there are always the chance of an occasional mishap - and whenever this does occur we would want to investigate fully. If at all possible we would look to try to use an alternative courier for you - please enquire at the time of your next order - though it will depend on the location. “So many things: The website is easy to use. The range of shoes offered is very broad. The prices are OK. Delivery was fast. The delivery used DHL as the last-mile carrier, which is now the best I know by far (because they have a superior system for agreeing the drop-off time). I had to exchange the first shoes I ordered due to size issues, and that worked well. I received a gift shoe polish and shoe horn with my 1st order. I also received a 10 % discount for the same brand shoes.”

“Having purchased various pairs of shoes (loake) from yourselves, the standard of customer service is and was 100%. Normally deal with Stephen whose knowledge of English footwear is exceptional add to that the personal service he gives is in this day and age is a breath of fresh air.”
