“A faultless transaction. I bought a Tilley hat and had to swap it for a larger size. Free returns and very fast re-delivery. Spoke to customer services and they were excellent. They were the best price as well. Highly recommended.”

“The product and the price was fine. The only let down was time to deliver. It was 6-8 days upon ordering but stretched out to 3 weeks plus at which time I was on holiday and unable to wear them at that time.”

We understand the frustration caused by such delays, and as the retailer, we take this very seriously. Please accept our sincere apologies. It is something we aim to keep to an absolute minimum - however, we are sometimes at the mercy of our suppliers when it comes to delivery times. Our original expectation was based on their information which later turned out to be too optimistic. “Received my Chelsea boots yesterday, very well made and came with dust bags, shoe polish, shoe trees and a shoe horn! Outstanding value and can stand with shoes from Russell & Bromley and Loake. Better looking Chelsea boot than what is on offer from those brands and cheaper. Thank you Pediwear, quality is obvious the minute you take them out of the box.”
