“Extremely poor after sales. Spent nearly £300 on a pair of Barker Glencoe boots, they failed within weeks. Sent back to Pediwear at my cost, took them a week to send back to Barker, continuously had to chase them for updates as Pediwear failed to keep their promises and update me when they said they would. Ended up putting a PayPal claim in. They just refunded the boots, no explanation or apologies. I will not buy for them or subsidiaries ever again.”

“Great response to my request for a pair of Monkey Boots. Although not immediately available, the communication was on point and a pair was dispatched to me in the promised timeframe. I live overseas and they arrived within a week.”

“Although I live in South Africa, I buy all my shoes in England. When I ordered these from you, I explained that I would be in England 2 days later and be there only for a week. When I got to England, they were at the concierge already. Thanks for the fantastic service for a brilliant pair of shoes at an excellent price.”
