“Excellent purchase experience. Ordered boot needed to be manufactured to order this was communicated upfront with an estimated lead-time and option to cancel the order at that point. Chose to proceed and received clear updates on order status and despatch. An inquiry on another item (a new item from Saphir) was promptly answered as well.”

“Smooth ordering process, and shoes arrived nicely packed with a complementary tin of shoe polish. Nothing to worry about. Customer support was also helpful when the delivery took a little longer than anticipated. This, however, was due to current events (COVID-19 and new custom's regulations due to Brexit).”
