“Wanted a Tilley hat for upcoming hiking in Portugal. Local outdoor shops and Amazon very expensive, so found Pediwear online shop through Google. Absolutely top-class service, a personal touch, and prices as good as or better than any of the alternatives I could find! Thoroughly recommended!”

Your review does not specify the issue, and despite reviewing all our communications with you I cannot find evidence of any dissatisfaction during our many email exchanges with you. Indeed we offered to provide our own return service to help with your return, which you agreed to without complaint.
