Ordered heavy duty rear coil springs and shock absorbers for my Hyundai Santa Fe. They were delivered 2 days later which was great. Theses springs were a little bit more expensive than I wanted to pay compared to the standard springs from my local dealer but I must say they were worth every penny. I have had rear suspension problems with the last 2 of my vehicles due to towing and tried different so called heavy duty springs from different companies and they were not what they were sold as. These were exactly what they are sold as!!!!👌 heavy duty springs that fit the vehicle they are advertised to fit. I don’t leave a review unless I am very impressed with a product and I am dubious of reviews that big up products to much but these are good. 👍👍

I am a very pleased customer, out for the first time today on my new rear Pedders ready assembled coils and dampers . The car was firm and planted on the road at a near stock ride height. My 1989 mx5 had been dancing around at the back, I thought it might have been the new tyres but the MOT had said there was an oil mist on the dampers which I put in 8 years ago. With so many problems with the wishbones and seized parts on this old classic it was a joy to finally put in the assembled units and get going. The fact that I had advice live online when I purchased them was great. Not the cheapest solution but they look great quality and so far fab.... thank you

The reviews of this Kia Sorento suspension kit are all absolutely correct: the change is unbelievable! In order to get my Sorento through an MOT, I had to fit new rear shocks, so I duly ordered a pair 'that would fit my Sorento' from an online retailer. Easy enough to fit, and the car passed with flying colours. However, three days later, when coming to clean the car, I went to use the rear wheel as a step to wash the roof and noticed I couldn't get my foot in between the wheel and the wheel arch. I ignored it, thinking the suspension was just sorting itself out. But no. That very night, whilst driving my wife to work, I noticed that the headlights were pointing as far down as they could go, rendering them pretty much useless - even with main beam on! What was happening was that the car thought that it was down on it's back axle, so the auto-adjusting lights did their thing and pointed down, as a measure no to dazzle oncoming drivers. Handling was rubbish, too; the back end wallowed about like a hippo with a fat a**e, and the car was riding on the suspension bump stops. I made enquiries with a Kia main dealer, who gave an estimate of well over £1000 to replace the rear 'suspension' (I didn't even bother asking what that comprised of). I just couldn't understand why the suspension didn't work, given that it was widely available from many retailers: even reputable local, but after much digging, I discovered that I needed self-levelling suspension. There were only two retailers that quoted 'self levelling' - Pedders and a website selling official Kia parts. (Incidentally, that Kia parts website wanted £££s just for a shock absorber). I read the reviews on Pedders.co.uk and just before I pulled the trigger, I gave them a phone call just to triple-check I was about to buy the right thing. The chap who answered the phone was SUPREMELY knowledgable and it filled me with confidence to learn that only Pedders and Kia sold the self-levelling shocks. Happy and confident, I duly purchased the shocks and coils kit, which arrived two days later (ordered too late for dispatch time). My knowledge of spannering is probably to the lesser extent of an enthusiast, and although I had the use of a relatives dealership workshop, I can say with confidence that I could have changed the suspension at home with a couple of trolley jacks, axle stands and a pry-bar. Bolt off and bolt on. Easy peasey. The result? The car handling has been transformed and the ride height is back to normal. To say I am chuffed is an understatement.

If you have to replace self levellers on your Hyundai Santa Fe, then go no further than here. After a quick call with their help desk, I ordered their springs and shocks replacement for my car. They came in 3 days and I fitted them. They returned the car to the original height and the ride quality is so much better than the original, and all at a 6th of the price of oem parts. I am beyond delighted.

Absolutely brilliant, quick delivery and better cost alternative than Manufacturers option. took about 2 hours to fit both rear coil and shock units on the drive at home. Thanks.

As a person that drives off rd for a lot of my work I needed a little extra ground clearance at the back. The pedder info page allowed me to choose a complete package that provided the lift needed without stiffening the ride when unloaded but as we added weight maintained a good ride height. Should have done it years ago.

Prompt delivery, fitted without any problems. Bought to replace the ridiculously expensive self levelling suspension for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 7 seater. I had originally bought a part from another overseas company in Germany. But the part I got from them started squeaking after a few weeks of use. The sound was unbearable. No problems with the pedders parts so far and I’m confident they will last:

I purchased the pedders suspension kit for my 2012 Kia Sorrento. The original suspension was the self leveling ones and after brake repairs to the rear i noticed wear and cracking around the bushing. I decided to try the pedders as I had heard good reviews and for £237 for springs and shocks. They were a lot cheaper than the dealer parts. First impression was the ride was urm. well, it was hard to describe. it was different. Not in a bad way but different.. It was a little firmer but not to much that it shook you about. It felt like the tyre's were over inflated and a bit loose My thoughts were. I've paid 1/4 of the price of dealer replacement shocks so I can live with a bit harder ride. That was 7 month ago. After a few weeks i couldn't get used to the feeling. the car felt a little strange to drive. It was a bit sloppy at the back end and funny going around the bends. My mot was due and I mentioned this to the mechanic so he gave the car a good going over and said he can't find any problems It could be the tyre's.. they were only 8 month old so I thought. Swap front to back and see if that improves the feel of the car. So off to the garage and got them to balance and track the wheels and swap the tyre's front to back. Didn't make a difference. I then took the car back to the mechanic who had fitted the pedders. I asked him to go through everything around the rear of the car and let me know if he found anything that could cause the difference in handling. Again he didn't find anything Now at this stage I'm not blaming the suspension as I'm struggling to get to the bottom of the problem. It could well be the difference in the suspension from the stock ones. Or it could be something else. I shall give it a few more months and see if any problem developes. If it does then great, I can fix it. If not then I will prob have to bite the bullet and purchase the original self leveling ones
