“First time using pedders and the company were very helpful and knowledgeable. The kit I bought was here the very next day and was all as described. The conversion kit saved me over £1000 if you don't fit it yourself you can easily still save £500 (Hyundai Santa Fe, 7 seater) self levelling conversion.”

“Hi had made an order an I have no idea about the status; plus that I had sent an email to fix a mistake about the delivery address and no one had anwsered me. One of the pieces I had ordered was not in stock but nobody has told me about a possible date for the delivery.”

Sorry to hear about this. I can confirm we have changed your address details as requested. With regard to the out of stock part, i did reply to your first e-mail, prior to your order, that it was out of stock, but that if you wished to order it would be approx 2 weeks. This e-mail was sent on the 29th March. You subsequently placed an order on the 4th April. Delivery will be approx 2 weeks from the 4th. If you have any further questions, please do get in touch. “Like it says on the box NO BULL. Rang up for information regarding self levelling suspension on my Sorento. Very friendly response and knowledgeable information given, explained in full what the conversion kit did, ordered on Friday fitted to car on Tuesday works great. Ride height was returned to normal and didn't break the bank in the process, everything arrived intact and within a one hour delivery slot. Thank You for a great and friendly service Nigel Birchall”

“The suspension system itself is great, car looks fab and handles better than before and I enjoyed the ride then. The service and communication however leaves room for improvement. I ordered the parts with the knowledge it would be a couple of weeks before they would arrive. Was told a team member would let me know details when I placed my order. 3 weeks later I had to contact them to see where my parts were. They were dispatched shortly after. On arrival I booked my garage to fit them alas on arrival at the garage it became apparent that they had sent 2right hand struts instead of one for each side. This was rectified quickly when my garage contacted them, but still leaves me feeling some what deflated with the service.”

“The final result is actually better than expected. The package arrived within the chedule i assumed and there was no difficulties to install them. The car is the right balance and feels now like a new car. So i am a very happy customer and will definetily recommend your services whenever i have a chance.”

“I was ablt to broke one rear spring on Track Ryder set I bought from Pedders 2.5 years ago. Although warranty was expired, Pedders send me new one 100% on their expense. Even shipping was on their expense although I live in Estona and shipping from UK to here is quite costly. I am really pleased with their products but i´m extra pleased with their customer service. I would (and I already have) to recomend Pedders products to everyone. BR, Indrek”
